I began my legal career in 2010. I started my career with a well respected and high volume real estate law firm. I worked my way “through the ranks,” so to speak, first as an intern, then as a law clerk and finally as an Associate Attorney after passing the New York State Bar exam.

I gained a wealth of knowledge in the practice of law, particularly as the law pertains to all matters relating to residential and commercial real estate and real estate transactions. I represented thousands of clients before starting my own practice.

I have learned the importance of keeping clients informed and encouraging open communications with all parties involved in a real-estate transaction (or any other representation). I make myself available to clients and referral sources regardless of day or time. I also understand that for many people, buying or selling real property is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions they will ever make. I appreciate the importance of making clients feel relaxed, during what could be a stressful time and I always keep what is in my client’s best interest at heart.

Our firm has a team of paralegals dedicated to strictly real-estate work and we pride ourselves on “out working” our competition. We have other “of Counsel” attorneys in our network that gives us the ability to represent clients in nearly any legal matter.

Caridi Payne & Associates is also authorized to act as settlement agent for many mortgage lenders, allowing us to streamline the closing process. This gives us the ability to “bundle” representation fees when acting as settlement agent on behalf of a purchase client’s transaction. We also operate a full service title insurance and abstracting company, operating as PAC Abstract and Title Services LLC (an agency of Old Republic Title Insurance Company).
