Mr. Stroebel has been involved in real estate law for over 30 years.

Graduating from Sage Albany with his degree in Applied Science and then immediately began his work in the Real Estate Community. Prior to joining Caridi Payne & Associates, Mr. Stroebel worked for another prominent real-estate focused Firm in the Capital District. During his time with his prior Firm, Mr. Stroebel had a concentration in Personal Representation files, where he dealt directly with residential and commercial real-estate purchasers, sellers and investors. Mr. Stroebel was also the chief paralegal and closing-coordinator for the Firm’s largest lender client.

Beyond his work as a real-estate paralegal and closing coordinator, Mr. Stroebel is a licensed Title Insurance Agent, licensed through the NYS Department of Financial Services. Mr. Stroebel has extensive knowledge and expertise in the examination of title searches, the generation of title commitments and the ability to obtain “title-curatives” when necessary.

His work ethic and knowledge will be a tremendous asset to Caridi Payne & Associates. Jon is widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable, experienced and professional real-estate paralegals in the Capital District. Mr. Stroebel assists Clients and Attorneys with all aspects of real estate closing from the moment the contract comes in the door, right down to the moment the Deed is signed.
