Teresa Oertel is a closing coordinator for all lender Client representations occurring at Caridi Payne & Associates. Mrs. Oertel has over 15 years of experience in the real estate mortgage closing and Title Insurance industries.
Her expertise in assisting many lenders close many different loans and loan products (including reverse mortgages, distressed sale situations, privately held mortgages, FHA 203K Rehab loans, Commercial loans, VA, USDA and FHA loans, refinances and more traditional loan products. She has experience working with various lenders in the area and her meticulous attention to detail is of paramount importance when it comes to the representation of our Firm’s many bank Clients.
